Who will be the final two dancers left on So You Think You Can Dance Canada’s second season?
Jayme Rae is throwing down pretty hard. So is Emanuel with all his injuries. I think Everett will capture a ton of votes… But the girls have clearly been stepping their game up each week.
Who do you think will end up the top two SYTYCD Canada dancers? Melanie, Tara or Vincent? They’re ALL firecrackers, it’s a pretty tough one to decide.

Last week was finals week for Extreme Dance Convention, run by Melissa Williams. She runs an inspiring dance convention for all the participants, apprentices and dance instructors like myself.

I wish everyone a Happy Canada Day, month and year. We live in a country where we are all free to write, learn, travel, love and dance. We have access to the things and basic services we need.
Let’s always remember the blessings we have, just by living in THIS country.
Do not take your life for granted. Being a Canadian, we can create our own joy, can live a healthy life and have the right to fulfill our own opportunity without fear.
My friends, we have much to celebrate. So seize every day!
Springtime showers bringing you down lately? Not as happy, motivated or inspired as you’d like to be?
Yup, we all feel the effects of cloudy weather. But here’s an easy way to pick you mood up:
Hip hop dance classes are an instant boost to your energy. Sharp movements awaken the muscles throughout your body, and the cardio workout is guaranteed to get your heart pumping.
The best part is, the coordination in hip hop dance forces your brain to wake up, leaving you in a more energized mood. And when you’re energized, you’ll be ready to face the challenges of your day with a more positive mindset.
Celebrate Being Canadian EVERY Day
